GOTS is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. GOTS certified final products may include fibre products, yarns, fabrics, clothes, home textiles, mattresses, personal hygiene products, as well as food contact textiles and more.
Having one common standard means textile processors and manufacturers can export their fabrics and garments with one organic certification that is accepted in all major markets. This transparency also gives consumers the power to choose truly organic products sourced from green supply chains.
The International Oeko-Tex Association was established in Switzerland in 1992, in response to growing global concerns over product safety. That same year, the organization introduced its most famous certification — Standard 100. Products carrying that label are free of high levels of over 100 harmful substances known to be dangerous to humans and the environment.
It's important to note that every component of the product is tested. That means every button, zipper, lining and even special coatings applied to the finished article are separately tested for the same chemicals. This is important, because when you wear a piece of clothing, any toxic substances they were treated with can be absorbed into your body. So by purchasing products that have the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 label, you guarantee the textiles you wear or sleep in are safe.

To make products affordable, Natural Joyful Life bear the cost of shipping, therefore returns can be made at the customers expense in special circumstances.
However, some product manufacturers provide one *free return. Any returns made after the first return will be at the buyers expense. Not all manufactures provide free returns. If no free return is provided, the customer will need to return item/s at their own expense.

How to Return an Item in special circumstances:
If you wish to create a return, email naturaljoyfullife@outlook.com. You will need your order number and the email address associated with your order. You will be updated via email throughout the entire returns process.
Return Conditions:
Please ensure your return meets the following conditions before sending back your item/s.
Natural Joyful Life items that wish to be returned must be sent back within 30 days of purchase date at the buyers expense.
Goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with the tags attached, including original packaging.
No refunds on sale items.
Hair brushes, reusable nappies, sheet sets and nursing pads cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Our products are sourced from thousands of suppliers who make garments for fashion brands all around the world that often over produce. This means that a lot of the heavy lifting has already been done, such as the meticulous work of designing, material sourcing and product sampling.
These global brands have a larger audience and their over production allows me to choose the already procured designs and provide them to our customers at an affordable price.
Selling already branded and produced garments, instead of rebranding all of our products to Natural Joyful Life brand, saves us cost and no additional costs are passed on to our customers, allowing for a more sustainable practice.
