Shipping
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking included. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and the shipping service chosen. Express Post generally arrives within 1–3 business days, though next business day delivery is only available within Australia Post’s eligible Express Post network and subject to their service conditions. Please keep in mind that delivery estimates may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays.
Returns Policy
Each piece is carefully selected and sold in preloved condition, which means natural signs of wear may be present. We take care to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and photographs so you can shop with confidence.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
If an item arrives significantly not as described, has an undisclosed fault, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos and your order details. We will assess the matter and provide a remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.
